Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns within 30 days of the order being received. To initiate a return, please email us at support@curetonix.com, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Please note that for opened, altered, or specially handled items—such as those requiring specific temperature conditions—we cannot accept returns due to the potential for degradation and contamination.

Return Eligibility


If the product you received is incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If any items are missing from your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Process
