We do not offer free shipping; all orders ship via FedEx Express Standard. Please review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Curetonix shipment.
PO Box Addresses
- PO Box Customers: Choose standard shipping at checkout and include your PO Box address in your shipping information.
- Physical Addresses: If you prefer upgraded shipping, please provide a physical address at checkout.
Delivery & Replacements
- Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are subject to product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier.
- Please contact our customer support at support@curetonix.com within 14 days of the shipment’s original delivery date for assistance.
- Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order, as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted.
- We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it is fulfilled and in transit.
Processing Timeline
- We process and ship orders every business day, with rare exceptions for holiday closures.
- All orders ship via FedEx Express Standard, and we process orders within 1–2 business days of receipt.
- We appreciate your patience during major site events and product launches.
Delivery Timelines
- FedEx Express Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Your shipment will typically depart within 1–2 business days of order receipt.
